We use the name, contact details, preferences, reservation, attendance, and game records you provide. Private roles are never public.

Guest reservations

A private management token controls a guest reservation. Do not share that link. Unconfirmed holds expire automatically.

Your choices

You can update your profile and marketing choices or ask GUILD staff to correct operational records.
